Each air pillow is individually sealed, so even if one bursts, the rest remain intact.
When infaltion, we could use with an automatic air cushion machine, each air pillow is simultaneously inflated and sealed; it has no air valve but relies on heat sealing to trap the air inside. Therefore, for air pillow film, they must be used with a machine to achieve the intended results. The air cushion machine is small enough to sit on a packing bench, quiet enough not to drive everyone insane, and fast enough to keep up with your growing order sheet.

Air Column Packaging: This packaging material is made of high-strength co-extruded nylon film, and each air column is designed with an independent one-way air valve that automatically seals the air once inflated. Air column packaging is available as individual air column bags or as rolls of air columns (bags).
Like air pillows, air column packaging are also stored and shipped before inflate. We’re talking about reducing your packaging storage footprint by up to 70% compared to foam or pre-inflated bubble wrap. But they do need the right inflation partner. So let’s match you with yours.
